 Hello there!

My name is Nicole - wife, mother, and self-taught baker.

Ever since I was a little girl, I was known as the 'sweet tooth', always yearning for that sweet fix, and missing dessert after every meal was and still is a rare occurrence.

My experience with baking all started with making desserts for work potlucks, parties, and family functions. Then it transpired into custom dessert requests from everyone around me.

After getting married in 2020 and giving birth to my first born - I became a stay at home mom and found myself itching to start my own bakery business.

You'll find items on the menu that are not the 'typical' flavors you've seen in other bakeries. Being half Filipino and having lived in the Philippines for many years, I've made some of those familiar Filipino flavors part of my menu, such as Ube (purple yam) and Pandan (vanilla grass).

Based out of Washington state, Bakememini is available to create flat rate and custom cookies, mini cakes and yummy assorted sweets for any of life's moments – from private events, to personalized gifting to holiday specials.
